Benefits of Sound Healing for Kids : -STRESS REDUCTION: Gentle, calming sounds help kids unwind, release tension. -IMPROVED FOCUS: Sound vibrations can help sharpen concentration and promote a sense of clarity. -EMOTIONAL BALANCE: Sound supports emotional regulation, helping children navigate feelings like anxiety, frustration, or excitement. -CREATIVITY BOOST: Exposure to diverse sounds stimulates creativity and imagination. - MIND-BODY CONNECTION: Learning to listen to and feel vibrations helps kids become more in tune with their bodies and emotions. ​Kids instinctively understand the language of vibration - Sound is vibration. Every molecule in your body has an optimal vibration. These vibrations get disrupted by living in a stressful, modern world, causing dis-ease within the mind, body, and spirit. Here, we'll explore sound and vibration using gongs, bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments that have been shown to provide a sense of joy, safety, peace, and calm in mind, body, and spirit. $150 for up to 3 classrooms or a gymnasium sound bath during school hours. Sessions are 60 minutes total Patty is a Certified Health Coach, Certified Sound Healing Facilitator, yoga teacher, and former kindergarten and FACS teacher in Northern Colorado.
