You are covered in fascia. It has many layers and wraps around your entire body from head to toe. Stress, repetition, misuse, injury, and simply living this modern life, cause the fascia to get scrunched, knotted, and twisted in ways that create and contribute to poor form, function and pain.
Rossiter, founded in 1990, is a unique, two-person, active stretching method that targets the root cause to restore mobility, reduce, or eliminate pain, and get you moving again!

What to Expect: In a Rossiter session, we anchor specific areas of your body and guide you through some prescribed movements, typically 4-6 techniques. This combination of weight and motion helps to release tight, knotted up connective tissue, and create space in the joints and muscles. The goal is to “retrain” the body’s tissue to a more natural, pain-free "alignment".

Sessions typically take around 30 minutes to complete. Most clients get relief with the very first session, though more sessions are often required for long lasting relief.​
