NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. BEGINNERS ARE ENCOURAGED AND WELCOME! THIS IS "FLOOR YOGA". NO CRAZY, HARD-TO-ACCOMPLISH POSES. You don't need to have "good balance" or strength to do restorative yoga. Restorative yoga is not intimidating or intense. Restorative yoga uses gentle, supported positions with props to reduce any challenges and allow your body to rest.
