Client Care and Cancellation Policy A 48-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours from the appointment time, or client does not show for the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to a future session. I understand life happens, but this policy helps protect the time I’ve reserved just for you and ensures fairness to all clients and practitioners. LATE ARRIVALS: I understand things come up. If you arrive late, I’ll do my best to give you a meaningful session with the time we have, though your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time. ***If you have any questions or concerns regarding your skin, please reach out prior to scheduling. If your skin shows any of the microdermabrasion contraindications listed in the description, a microdermabrasion may not be recommended or performed. In that case, you have 2 options. 1. Receive a custom/relaxing facial if deemed appropriate for skin condition in place of the microdermabrasion. 2. End the appointment and be charged 75% of the original appointment fee.
