❤️ ❤️ Free your mind Friday - Community Gong Journey. Space is very limited at our Old Town Gong Room. It is wise to get your tickets early as they often sell out days before. :)
Where: 209 E. Plum St. Fort Collins- Free parking.
When: Friday, August 9 @ 6pm - 🔥 Please arrive 5 minutes early. Your facilitator will meet you outside. To honor others, there will be no entry after the session begins.
Seating & What to bring: Thick Yoga mat provided! Please bring your own light blanket and pillow for maximum comfort. If you have difficulty lying on the floor, our IKEA Poang chair and ottoman can be your friend. This comfy chair is situated in the clarity corner, a more private little nook within the space, and perfect for a gong journey. Old Town Location!
