Where: upstairs in the big yellow house (Young People's Learning Center Building :) in our quaint, healing space at 405 Mathews St. in Old Town - Free and easy parking.
When: Select Mondays of the month at 8:30 am -10:00 am - 🔥 Please arrive 5 minutes early. No entry allowed after session begins.
Cost: Only $30/person -
What to bring: 1" thick yoga mat provided! Please bring your own blanket and pillow for maximum comfort.
