❤️ What to expect: Multiple Gongs - Unlimited Possibilities
In this session ~We will begin with our fall equinox guided visualization to honor the season and self, then settle into our sacred space for a magical, gong journey deep within to receive the medicine our mind, body, and spirit needs. Please bring whatever accessories you need to be comfortable - blanket, pillow, mat, eye mask, etc. We will have only a few extra yoga mats for loan, first come basis.
