Join us on the first Sunday of every month for a powerful Gong Journey, where ancient vibrations meet modern healing. Whether you're new to sound healing or looking to deepen your practice, this immersive session offers a sanctuary to reset, release, and reconnect.
Let the resonant tones of multiple gongs, including our healing powerhouse, Iris, a 5-foot handcrafted gong, to guide you into a deep meditative state. As the sound waves wash over you, stress melts away, the mind quiets, and your body enters a state of profound relaxation and balance.
